Dr. Ahmed Rasheed is a practicing neurologist and the current executive committee member of Maldives Medical Association. He is also the Head of Department of Neurology of State Hospital IGMH.

Dr. Ahmed Rasheed is also an executive committee member of the World Stroke Organization and the 1st Maldivian Neurologist.
